All You Need to know before booking farmhouse:

If cancellation made before 15 days of your check in date 90% amount will be refunded & 10% + GST will be charged
If cancellation made before 7 days of your check in date, 75% amount will be deducted and 25% + GST will be charged
If cancellation made before 7 days of your check in date, there is no refund given on any booking (0 Refund)

GST Payable Policy

Guest have to pay balance amount at the check in counter before taking keys of rooms
Remember 5% GST will be applicable on your full amount

ATM Facility

Travelling Exclusion

We help you share local taxi or riksha Phone Number , Local 8 seater taxi available from Karjat railway station, you can check the charges from them and pay

Farmhouse Located

All Farmhouse of karjat are situated in the village area to enjoy the nature and hills

There can be electricity fluctuation for some times, we request you to cooperate in such situation as we try to solve the issue As soon as possible

Resort Rules

Food ( Dinner, Breakfast & Lunch ) will serve only at dinning area, We don’t serve any food in the rooms

There is no separate accommodation for driver, we can provide food on additional cost 700/- (Inclusion dinner, Breakfast & Lunch)

Smoking not allowed inside room

Swimming pool access till 11.30 PM

Children below 5 years are not allowed in adult swimming pool

We have seperate Swimming pool for kidz, is accessible only under parents observation

Management is not responsible for any loss or theft of your personal belongings. (We have CCTV )

If guest try to damage resort belonging, then guest is liable to pay for each damage
